Lowcountry Almanac: Spring Has Sprung

Weather: Expect glorious spring temps in the 70s and low 80s, perfect for outdoor adventures.
Sunrise & Sunset: More daylight to soak up coastal beauty. Sunset clocks in around 7:45 PM by mid-month.
Garden Watch: April is your garden’s time to shine. Plant peppers, cucumbers, beans, and okra. Local nurseries are bursting with color!

Moon Watch: The Full Pink Moon rises on April 13th, bringing brighter evenings and great photo ops. The moon will be 100% full at 7:23 PM, just after sunset—making it ideal for photographers and stargazers alike. No eclipses or blood moons this month, but the sky will be spectacular nonetheless! Spring Fling at The Heyward House (April 6): Step into the season at this festive family-friendly celebration featuring music, games, and guided house tours. A charming way to kick off spring in the heart of Bluffton.
