It's that time of year again for the Bluffton Rotary's Thanksgiving Fundraiser. Make sure you get your orders in by November 10th.

I frequently hear from my clients that they want to live in a “family” neighborhood. You’re in luck this week because rumor has it that Jarvis Creek Club is THE neighborhood to be in. The inside scoop - homeowners in this awesome little community off of Spanish Wells Road love living in there. They all watch out for one another and you can always hear the laughter of little kids playing. I am loving the nostalgia of this old back in the day type neighborhood.
