This Hampton Hall house is the apple of my eye right now! It's sharp and the clean lines are exactly what I'm looking for. I love the more modern flair. It isn't seen as often in these neck of the woods. 

What else:

  • did you see the oak flooring throughout?
  • neutral colors so all your stuff will fit right in
  • the view from the slider - top notch
  • over 4,600 SF 
  • oversized master bedrooms and bathrooms are what dreams are made of
  • updated kitchen complete with an awesome backsplash
  • last but definitely not least...the outdoor living space with builtin fire pit - double yes!

I'm pretty sure we should run and not walk to see this one!

The Villages of Lake Linden in Bluffton is a quiet little neighborhood off of Burnt Church Rd. Just over 200 homes with lagoons, fountains, a pool and tennis courts fill this community.

The new homeowners at 19 Lake Linden Dr are moving into a great home with lots of natural light and situated on a lagoon. The screened porch will be perfect for fall evenings and coffee in the morning.

I am so so so so excited for the buyers and sellers of Summerton Drive. The sellers are moving on to something great, and the buyers are getting a great house. This Belfair Beauty has some amazing lagoon views. So many upgrades. I know I’ve said it before but…the drive into Belfair is one of the best around. Enjoy!
