Before the new year begins, take some time to think about what you want 2021 to look like. Are you looking to jump in full time and commit to your goals? Are you worried you don't know what you're doing? Do you wonder if you can build the business that you've always dreamed of? Write down all your fears. Once they are on paper, they can't have power over you anymore. They are just hurdles to get over!

As a Realtor, it is imperative to keep your clients informed and help them to make choices that is in their best interest. Here is a good guide to give them. This will have them begin to talk things over and start the questions if they need too. What I like about this guide is that it is a starting point.
Too many Buyers are uninformed. I believe that it's our responsibility to work with them so they are happy with their decisions.
