This week's crush is in Stock Farm...because Stock Farm is swoon-worthy! It's such a great unique community within walking distance to Old Town Bluffton. It's also located on the May River with access to it. All of the homes in the community are gorgeous and custom. To top it off, it is situated on a half acre lot and overlooks Verdier Cove. 

What else:

  • 3 beds, 4 baths and 2,500 SF of beautifully lit, natural-light space
  • did I mention you can walk to Old Town?! okay fine, you can drive your golf cart if you must
  • I love the wood floors and the natural wood beams...yes please
  • great countertop space
  • 2 porches
  • space above the garage for another room
  • NO POA fees - that's right - none!
