Sweet Potato Soufflé

This recipe comes from one of my "go-to" recipe websites. Everything I've made of hers has been delicious and turned out great. I'm going to make this one for Thanksgiving this year. I like that you can make it ahead of time.
Souffle:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 cups mashed sweet potato (canned or bake 2-3 medium sweet potatoes)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Topping:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- Coat a 2- quart baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
