Truth be told...I've always wanted a spiral staircase. There's something architecturally appealing to them and also a sense of wonder of what's at the top. Add that to a home with incredible views in Windmill Harbour and you've got a dream home. This 3 bedroom and 3 bath home has been completely updated. The windows, the light pouring in, the views - yes, yes, and yes.

What else you ask:

  • the gorgeous flooring throughout lightens up the space
  • a fantastic fireplace for winter nights 
  • newer appliances
  • lots of space for cooking (or ordering takeout)

So you say that you want to live on the water...how do you feel about living on a harbour? Not just any harbour but a harbour that is part of a lock system. Still wanting more? This harbour is over 15 acres with some of the nicest boats on Hilton Head Island. More? Windmill Harbour is home to the South Carolina Yacht Club. 

Lucky for you, there is a pretty awesome house built right on that harbour.

What we love most about this 3500 square foot Windmill Harbour home:

  • open concept main level wrapped in windows
  • tall ceilings that show off the views even more
  • renovated kitchen with awesome cabinets
  • elevator – for those lazy days
  • the master suite faces the marina
  • did we mention the view?
