I have to tell you how excited I am for the new owners of this Shorewood condo. I'm so excited! It's so close to everything. It really is steps to the heated saltwater pool, steps to the beach, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and a quick walk to the new Celebration Park. Once you get there, you absolutely do NOT need a car.

I am so excited this beach condo is Sold! This is a great community, and it is so close to everything that the island has to offer. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, live entertainment...walking distance. Pool...outside the back door. Beach...steps from the walking path. Everything is right there. Not to mention that the condo itself is a perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath space that is move in ready.

Nothing beats the condo community of Shorewood! It's special. The pool, the proximity to the beach and to Coligny Plaza, the lush landscape around the community...you name it, it's part of the beauty of Shorewood. And this condo...it is updated, clean, and ready for you to move in or continue its success on the rental market.
