There is a little, hidden, magical, gated neighborhood that is perfectly placed on the marsh that I know you’ll love. It’s quiet and secluded, and best of all, it is a hop, skip and jump to the island or to Old Town Bluffton. The house itself has been remodeled and updated. It sits on a lagoon. You can walk a couple hundred feet and you’ll be at your community dock where you can throw out a crab trap or sit and watch the dolphin swim by. Who wouldn’t love that?
