• 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree


  1. Preheat to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl add your spice cake mix and pumpkin puree.
  3. Mix until combined, make sure to scrape sides.
  4. Line your cupcake pan with liner.
  5. Use a regular sized ice cream scoop to scoop batter and drop into the liners.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Insert a toothpick into the center of the muffin, if it comes out clean muffins are done.
  8. If not, bake for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
