Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Preheat to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl add your spice cake mix and pumpkin puree.
- Mix until combined, make sure to scrape sides.
- Line your cupcake pan with liner.
- Use a regular sized ice cream scoop to scoop batter and drop into the liners.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Insert a toothpick into the center of the muffin, if it comes out clean muffins are done.
- If not, bake for another 2-3 minutes.
