Serious question – Can you fall in love with a community?

I think it is! Every time I see something on the market in Habersham...I want it for myself. Driving down streets dripping in Spanish moss, the famous oak-lined boulevard in the town center, restaurants and shops within walking/golf cart distance, built on the marsh and access to the river...all in one community. You feel like you've stepped into a Southern Living magazine when you drive through. 

Then there's this house. GAH! 

  • completely renovated and remodeled so you won't need to lift a finger
  • okay the black built-ins are simply gorgeous
  •  the interior trim details are a piece of art 
  • the lightening is beautifully modern and classic at the same time

If you've ever been to Habersham in Beaufort, then you know exactly why I chose this week's crush! Habersham is an amazing urban community, and this townhome is 2 blocks from Marketplace where there are all kinds of great eateries and shops. With the tree-lined streets and gas light porches, it feels like you're walking through a magazine. 

What else?

  • 3 bedrooms and 4 baths in a corner townhome and over 2,600 SF
  • so close to everything; restaurants, shops, parks, community pool, dock and so much more 
  • incredible natural light throughout 
  • first floor master 
  • 12 foot ceilings...yes!
  • love the plantation shutters and gorgeous floors
  • a gas stove is every home chef's desire
  • did you see that private courtyard
