So true story. I love a home with so much property and of course...on the water. Nestled on the small, private island community of Spring Island, it doesn’t get more unique than this, right?

What's there to say but...architecture love! Look at this amazing work by Jim Strickland. It is a piece art all by itself. I can't stop looking at the details. There are more and more things I love every time I look at it. 

What else:

  • it's located on Spring Island which is pretty spectacular 
  • the ceilings are - everything

  • the light fixtures and fans are great too
  • the black windows add so much character and pop
