Successful realtors know the business of real estate, and if they don’t know something they figure it out. They're always learning and improving their skills. They continue to improve their knowledge in real estate, their professional skills, and their knowledge in the local real estate market. With this knowledge they continue innovating.
If you’re in the car a lot, you can use that time to increase your knowledge. I also use time working on mundane chores to learn something. For instance you can listen to Audible or podcasts while you do these things.

Lately while we’ve been out touring homes, we’ve heard a lot of our clients commenting on landscaping. We get it…it’s summer and landscaping is in full swing around here. People have had a lot more time than usual to work in their yard. I’m not gonna lie — there’s been a few that I’ve been #jealous!
Be a trusted adviser. When you present multiple options to a potential client, you guide them to the best option for them rather than pushing something on them. If your solution isn't the right fit for your clients, and even if you may lose a sale as a result, you build trust by being honest and it generates more long-term value than any individual sale.
