Nearly three years ago, two busy moms and powerhouse Realtors, Allison Cobb and Natalie Burnside, had a brilliant idea. What if they could combine their love for the Lowcountry, their passion for giving back, and their incredibly full schedules into one impactful initiative? Enter 100 Women Giving Back to the Lowcountry, a fast-paced, fun, and philanthropic organization that has quickly become a driving force for good in our community.

What is 100 Women Giving Back to the Lowcountry?

This dynamic group meets every other month, blending social connections with purpose. Each meeting is a whirlwind of community, charity, and contribution—all wrapped up in just one hour. Here’s how it works:

  • Members gather to learn about three local charities.

  • After hearing their pitches, they vote on one organization to support.

  • Before the night ends, everyone writes a $100 check to the chosen cause.

The math is simple but powerful: 100 women x $100 = $10,000 for a local charity in just one evening. Multiply that by six meetings a year, and you’ve got an extraordinary impact.

But the magic doesn’t stop there. After the official meeting, members often stay for dinner, deepening connections and enjoying the camaraderie of like-minded women. It’s philanthropy with a social twist—the perfect blend for today’s busy, multi-tasking women.

The Dynamic Duo: Allison Cobb and Natalie Burnside

Allison and Natalie are not just the masterminds behind this organization; they’re also two of the most inspiring women you’ll meet. As successful Realtors with The Cobb Group, brokered by eXp Realty, they are known for their unmatched local expertise, tireless work ethic, and commitment to their clients. They are movers and shakers in the Lowcountry real estate market, blending business acumen with heartfelt community involvement.

“We started 100 Women Giving Back to the Lowcountry because we wanted to make a difference in a way that fit our busy lives,” says Allison. “It’s incredible to see how much good we can do in just one hour every other month.”

Natalie agrees: “This group has been a game-changer. It’s fast, it’s fun, and it’s fulfilling. Plus, we’ve met so many amazing women along the way.”
