If anything is unhealthy about it, it's the lack of inventory which is not forecasted to abate anytime in the near future. Waiting to buy real estate until rates or prices drop is a risky play. Prices could and probably will keep rising, and rates could continue to rise from here for the forseeable future. If rates were to fall, one…

Welcome mats are one of those fringe decor items. So we rarely take the time to shop properly for these workhorses.

And if your house is anything like ours, a welcome mat purchase tends to start with a mess on the entryway floor. Then it ends with a rushed impulse buy at the local home goods store.

But what if we told you there’s a better way to shop for welcome mats? Not only can you find the perfect mat to keep your floor clean, but you can also buy one that will add the perfect dash of welcoming style.

We scoured the magical world of online shopping for welcome mats that will keep your floors clean all year-round and look great doing it. Here’s our top…

The constantly updating news feeds about the state of the real estate market can be scary, but it is definitely not a one size fits all situation. Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina offer something very different than many primary markets. The draw to be in the Lowcountry is strong, very strong. In fact, not only is there still a strong desire for purchasers but there is also still plenty of room for home appreciation in this market. The crazy fury of buyers from the last few years may have cooled some but there is still a steady stream of people looking to move into this area.

The homes on the market that have stalled are typically over priced or the condition is lacking. Real estate is simple economics that weighs between pricing and…

From The Cobb Group: As a seller are you worried that you “missed” the market? We are pretty sure you did not. There are still plenty of buyers. Price your house correctly, and it will sell. Call us to discuss comparable and top notch strategies to sell strong and quick.

As there’s more and more talk about the real estate market cooling off from the peak frenzy it saw during the pandemic, you may be questioning what that means for your plans to sell your house. If you’re thinking of making a move, you should know the market is still anything but normal.

Even though the supply of homes for sale has been growing this year, there’s still a shortage of homes on the market. And that means conditions continue to favor sellers today. That’s because the…

While it’s a notoriously tough time to buy a home, the incentives to sell the one you’re in could be too good to pass up.

Most (89%) of current homeowners who want to list their homes right now say something is preventing them from doing so, according to NerdWallet’s recently released 2022 Home Buyer Report. The most commonly cited roadblocks: concerns about finding a new house and paying too much for a new house.

It’s taking multiple offers and sometimes a hot tip on a house not yet listed to close a deal. However, current owners have an edge. By making the most of the…
