A few months ago I was with a group of friends, and they were all talking about getting rid of stinky smells in their home. One friend complained of pet odors while another said no matter how clean her son’s room is, it still smells like a stinky boy!! It all led to a recommendation of the Germ Guardian. I finally decided to give it a try last week because my front hallway seems to smell musty when it rains. What could it hurt, right?
When I first plugged it in, it seemed to give off a weird smell but that slowly subsided. I have to say that after using it for a week, that included some rain, it really seems to work. My hallway hasn’t smelled musty since I’ve plugged it in (even with all the shoes that collect there too). I would definitely say for the price of $35 that you should try it if you have a room that just doesn’t smell right! It does have a fan component to it so it makes a noise. It’s not loud but it’s not silent either. Good luck!
