2021 May River Shrimp Festival
July 14 - July 16, 2021
This year's festival kicks off with the Shrimp Fest Sunset 5K Run on Wednesday night, July 14th. The Sunset 5K presented by Bluffton Trading Company will start at Bluffton Oyster Factory Park taking walkers and finish at Bluffton Trading Post. The post race party at Bluffton Trading Post with music & refreshments.
Thursday and Friday's events take place at Oyster Factory Park and are from 5:30-9:30 pm. According to Mark Weisner, the even organizer, "It is about enjoying delicious shrimp and seafood caught in our backyard and a chance to party with our friends, family, and neighbors on the beautiful backdrop of the May River with great music amazing sunset views and plenty of refreshments." There will be entertainment, food, and drinks available for purchase.
Come by boat, bike, or golf cart. Party with your pooch. Sunset Parties are kid and pet friendly, Lawn Chairs and leashed pets are permitted. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.
Tickets are available on line at blufftonsunsetparty.com or $10 cash at the door, while children 12 & under get in for FREE.
