Hilton Head and Mainland Market Highlights

According to the November 2019 Housing Supply Overview from the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors, for the 12 months spanning December 2018 through November 2019, pending sales in the Hilton Head region were up 7.7 percent overall. The overall median sales price was up 3.1 percent. Market-wide, inventory levels were down 11.2 percent, amounting to 4.7 months supply for single-family homes and 4.0 months supply for condos.

Beaufort Market Highlights

According to the October 2019 Housing Supply Overview from the Beaufort Jasper County Association of Realtors, for the 12 months spanning November 2018 through October 2019, pending sales in the Beaufort region were up 7.2 percent overall. The overall median sales price was up 3.8 percent. Market-wide, inventory levels were up 4.8 percent, amounting to 5.0 months supply for single-family homes and 5.6 months supply for condos.
