I'm so excited for these new homeowners. They are planning to build the home of their dreams right here in Belfair on the 18th fairway. They will be steps from the Clubhouse. 

Belfair itself is like a dream come true, but building your home in Belfair...the EXACT way that you want it...icing on the cake!!

This week’s crush is stunning! I just had to show it to you because…well…you’ll see. I don’t even know where to begin. If you’ve ever driven over the Cross Island bridge, you’ve probably noticed this beauty at the marina entrance to Wexford.

For starters:

  • 8 bedrooms and 15 baths and over 18,000 SF

  • there is a main house and guest house — both waterfront (you don’t want your guests to suffer!!)

  • the driveway is one of my favorite details

  • and did you see the library?

  • you just can’t stop admiring the custom millwork

  • a bowling alley, game room, media room, exercise room…never leave the house again

Why is this my pick this week? — 33 Waterfowl Road is the 2014 Southern Living Idea House. Enough said.

But…in case you’re picky and want more:

  • look at the architecture!!!!!!!

  • the mix of textures and all the design lines are complete perfection

  • I can’t get enough of looking at all the details…they go on for days

  • brick, hardwood, coffered ceilings ????

  • 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and over 3,700 SF

  • the sloped handrail, glass walkway, and screened porch arched windows are dynamite

  • an outside fireplace for fall nights

  • oh - and - it’s in Palmetto Bluff ;)

When it comes to #HouseGoals, Farnsleigh Avenue wins! “Why?” — you ask? Where do I even begin…

  • lush, wooded, corner lot

  • not even 2 years old

  • custom, custom, custom

  • one floor living with 3 beds + 3 baths

  • the hardwood floors are so pretty

  • the backsplash and shiplap island are a couple of my fav things in the kitchen

I don’t even know where to begin with this tall drink of water! “Shelter-at-home” never looked so good. Would you even know you were quarantined if you had this backyard? I don’t think so.
