This is a FREE event in which we invite families and friends of all ages to come and learn about what they can do to make a difference in the Lowcountry. YOGA IN THE PARK: 9:00AM Join us for a FREE Yoga in the Park at Shelter Cove Towne Centre. The class will be taught by our friend Adam with the Outside Foundation. All ages and abilities welcome! Please bring your own mats. FAMILY FUN RUN: 10:00AM Join us for a FREE Family Fun Run through Shelter Cove Towne Centre. This is a 5K Course. All ages, abilities, strollers and dogs are welcome!
