I love, love, love homes in historical areas. The community and houses always have so much charm. 809 12th Street does not disappoint. As a new construction home in the heart of historical Port Royal, you can't go wrong. 

  • my fav feature - the gas lamps on the front porch
  • a front porch big enough for rocking
  • the vaulted ceiling in the main room and kitchen creates so much depth in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home
  • lvp flooring throughout will make cleaning a snap 
  • the use of space is fantastic...open and airy
  • that utility room is perfect for hiding messes!
  • a Carolina room AND screened porch
  • loving the fenced yard for watching football and bonfires this fall

I can't wait to take you to meet my crush!
