Everywhere I go people keep asking about my thoughts on the local real estate market. Is it going to flatten? Will home prices go down if we wait to buy? How is rising inflation, and how are the interest rates affecting the local real estate market? Should I buy now? I don’t want to miss the market, should I sell now? I found this recipe by Five Heart Home on Pinterest. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm gonna this weekend! It looks like a great dip for the pool or boat. Not only does it appear easy to make but can be stored in a cooler nicely.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup salsa, mild, medium, or hot

¾ cup Greek yogurt, OR sour cream

2 to 3 teaspoons taco seasoning

1 cup packed cilantro leaves

Tortilla chips and/or raw veggies, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Measure salsa, Greek yogurt, taco seasoning, and cilantro into a blender or food processor. Blend/process on high until smooth, creamy, and well-combined. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least four hours to allow the flavors to blend. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips and/or raw…
