I wonder if those of you who follow our Weekly Crushes can guess what has stolen my heart about this home? You're right - all the windows! I love a home with windows on windows on windows. If the windows are there, everything else can fit in place.

It is the largest and oldest race in all of Beaufort County. Locals and tourists alike LOVE this race.

I was searching around the internet for something easy to pass at a party this weekend and came across this picture. The recipe to follow did not match (thanks a lot internet!) but I think by the looks of it, it is pretty simple. 

  • Package of brownie bites
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Can of whipped cream

That's it y'all! Nothing else. The hard part looks like cutting the strawberries in fours and assembling. This is basically healthy!! Enjoy.

The Town of Bluffton will be hosting big things to celebrate Independence Day!

If you're looking for a fireworks show this weekend, look no further! This event sounds like it Is going to be the best around. 

5:00pm-9:00pm: Activities will begin at Martin Family and DuBois Parks, Lowcountry Boil Bluegrass Band will be performing and include kid participation. There will be games, bounce houses, rock wall, and concessions scattered between the two parks.

9:00pm: Head to Oyster Factory and Wright Family Parks to view the fireworks. They will be launched from the May River.

You know what is irresistible about a home? An open space where you can entertain either lots of people or just a few. That is exactly what 13 Cat Brier Lane is - irresistible. The living space here is amazing.  You can find a different spot for watching tv, reading, your morning coffee, dinner...well you get the idea!

I can tell you more too:

This Hampton Hall house is the apple of my eye right now! It's sharp and the clean lines are exactly what I'm looking for. I love the more modern flair. It isn't seen as often in these neck of the woods. 

What else:

  • did you see the oak flooring throughout?
  • neutral colors so all your stuff will fit right in
  • the view from the slider - top notch
  • over 4,600 SF 
  • oversized master bedrooms and bathrooms are what dreams are made of
  • updated kitchen complete with an awesome backsplash
  • last but definitely not least...the outdoor living space with builtin fire pit - double yes!

I'm pretty sure we should run and not walk to see this one!
