I just can’t get enough of this house. I have definitely fallen hard for this one! I am a sucker for a house that has so much to offer besides what is inside the four walls (which on this place is a lot). Not only is Bluffton Park an amazing community to raise a family in, but you have the quaint hometown feel — of which every country song is made from — with Old Town Bluffton within walking/golf cart ride distance from your backyard. I don’t usually post a weekly Crush on my own listings because…well you already get to see it. BUT there is something really special about this place, and I just can’t contain my excitement about it! Every single time (and I mean - Every.Single.Time) this neighborhood is the topic of discussion, all I hear is what an amazing family neighborhood it is. I’m sure you can guess why I picked this home but in case you can’t…Heritage! As soon as I saw it, I was so excited. We’ve all seen it when we’ve been to the tournament along the 18th green and we’ve all thought — this is perfection for Heritage.
