I was searching around the internet for something easy to pass at a party this weekend and came across this picture. The recipe to follow did not match (thanks a lot internet!) but I think by the looks of it, it is pretty simple. 

  • Package of brownie bites
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Can of whipped cream

That's it y'all! Nothing else. The hard part looks like cutting the strawberries in fours and assembling. This is basically healthy!! Enjoy.

Need an easy dessert to bring to a holiday party? Try this one!

INGREDIENTS FOR CROCKPOT CANDY
  • White Almond Bark
  • German Chocolate Bar
  • Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • Dry Roasted Peanuts

HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT CANDY

  • Add white almond bark, German chocolate bar, semisweet chocolate chips, and peanuts to slow cooker
  • Let cook on low for 1 hour without messing with it
  • After an hour, stir to combine everything
  • Allow to cook for another hour, stirring every 15 minutes
  • Drop spoonfuls of the candy onto wax paper and allow to cool completely

I did a quick search on Pinterest for an easy Easter dessert and found this. It's certainly easy and cute! 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small box of brownies with frosting (should fit 9x9 pan)
  • 20 peeps
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • parchment paper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. follow directions on brownie box (except you will use round pan)
  2. line a round cake pan with parchment paper
  3. bake as directed on box
  4. let cool
  5. flip upside down onto a plate, peel off parchment paper
  6. put frosting/icing on the top of the brownies
  7. place peeps around the outside of the brownies
  8. put mini chips in center of brownies
  9. put regular chocolate chips around the outside of the mini ones

I think I share this recipe every year, but that's because it's so good. Now come on and make them already!! They're not even hard - you have no excuse!

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (16 oz) bag Mini marshmallows
  • 1 (11.5 oz) box Lucky Charms cereal

Instructions

    • Grease a 9x13 in pan with cooking spray (or two 8x8 inch pans if you want thicker bars).
    • Melt butter over low heat in a large stockpot.
    • Once butter has melted, stir in salt and mini marshmallows.
    • Stir constantly until melted.
    • Once the marshmallows have melted, remove from heat and stir in cereal.
    • Stir gently so you don’t crush the cereal.
    • Pour mixture into prepared pan and GENTLY…
