This week’s crush is stunning! I just had to show it to you because…well…you’ll see. I don’t even know where to begin. If you’ve ever driven over the Cross Island bridge, you’ve probably noticed this beauty at the marina entrance to Wexford.

For starters:

  • 8 bedrooms and 15 baths and over 18,000 SF

  • there is a main house and guest house — both waterfront (you don’t want your guests to suffer!!)

  • the driveway is one of my favorite details

  • and did you see the library?

  • you just can’t stop admiring the custom millwork

This is one our favorite communities in Bluffton. The people are so active and friendly, and there is a ton…I mean a ton…of amenities to keep you busy. Natalie’s buyers are in for a real treat. This dream home is soooo — dreamy!!! Everything about this house is incredibly beautiful but the cascading glass sliders are by far our favorite. #jealous ;)

Well…this home needs zero explanation why it’s my Crush of the Week! I can’t even pick my most favorite feature of this beauty. Everything is so perfect. From the location to the views of the Intracoastal — then there’s the gigantic beautiful Live Oak trees scattered flawlessly on the property.

If that’s not enough:

  • 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 5100 sq ft

  • custom woodworking throughout

  • walls (not just one wall but walls…with an “s”) of windows

  • elevator because you don’t need to do all the extra stairs!!!

  • stone, tile, hardwood — oh my…

  • the perfect size pool

  • did I mention the location on a quiet cul-de-sac on Ribaut Island

Today seems like a good day to tour!

Okay, I just can’t stop thinking about this house! You may have seen my pictures from over the weekend because I just couldn’t leave without showing it to you. This is “the” one. I can tell you without a doubt, this home is phenomenal.

Why…you ask?

  • the property…oh yeah!

  • attention for detail was not left behind — the ceilings, the trim, the wainscoting, and so much more

  • I know this may sound weird, but I love the wide hallways.

So this may not be a new place for a lot of you but it was my first time and I really loved it! The entire experience of going to Hilton Head Social Bakery is worth a million dollars. As you stroll to get your perfect cup of coffee and pastry, you get to discover the beautiful Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina. Then, when you enter this waterfront bakery you will be awed by all the delicious finds! I’m not kidding when I say that you’re going to want one of everything! Here is what I bought, and they were both so, so good.
