I just can’t get enough of this house. I have definitely fallen hard for this one! I am a sucker for a house that has so much to offer besides what is inside the four walls (which on this place is a lot). Not only is Bluffton Park an amazing community to raise a family in, but you have the quaint hometown feel — of which every country song is made from — with Old Town Bluffton within walking/golf cart ride distance from your backyard. You have great schools, a fun pool, the May River, shopping, dining, and every festival you could dream of…

Check out how great the inside is:

  • 4 beds and 3 baths and over 2,000 sqft of fresh, crisp, updated interior

  • I just love the floors, they are so pretty

  • new quartz countertops that…

I don’t usually post a weekly Crush on my own listings because…well you already get to see it. BUT there is something really special about this place, and I just can’t contain my excitement about it! Every single time (and I mean - Every.Single.Time) this neighborhood is the topic of discussion, all I hear is what an amazing family neighborhood it is. I also hear how everyone comes together and watches out for one another. It’s not often that you “know” before moving to a new community what to expect.

Some other great things:

  • 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and over 2,500 sqft

  • did you see all the deck space? it’s like an extension to the living areas. so pretty and right in the middle of nature

  • I love the flooring — the wider…

When I read this article I thought it was so valuable. We all know that once the pandemic is over we will have to deal with a fall out and it seems like we are continually questioning what that could be. It is definitely going to take a big dose of thinking “out of the box” and trying things that we haven’t done in the past. That being said, there are still so many unknowns.
