The Super Bowls kicks off the spring real estate season in Bluffton and on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This is our first Latitudes Margaritaville Crush! I don't know why it's taken me this long. The community and amenities are so much fun.  

What about 984 Coral Reef Way you ask? Well...let me tell you:

  • the extra large kitchen island is a no-brainer
  • exposed beams and the vaulted shiplap ceiling add so much character and depth

Savannah Christmas Market

I really love going to Savannah, but I must admit, sometimes it seems like it's too far. I know, I know...it takes barely any time at all to get there. The crazy thing is, every time I go, I think - that was great and I need to go more often. Well, Christmas-time in downtown Savannah does not disappoint. It is so festive with all the lights, decorations, activities...all of it. 

I went this weekend, and the holiday energy was electric. Spend an afternoon around Plant Riverside and you're sure to see Santa and to find some unique gifts. City Market is a quick step from there and they too have live music, gifts, and great food. We then took a stroll around some of the squares where lots of the homes are beautifully decorated.…
