However, not all good deeds are equally as beneficial to the giver, the study finds. The boost to your health depends on factors such as the type of giving, as well as the giver’s age, gender, and other demographic factors that may have an influence.

The study, appearing in the journal Psychological Bulletin, was compiled from a meta-analysis of 201 independent studies covering more than 198,000 participants.

Heroes on Horseback Open House

Heroes on Horseback is a foundation that is near and dear to our hearts here at The Cobb Group. We are so excited for this upcoming event, so we wanted to share it with you all. 

On October 10th from 10am to 2pm they will be opening the barn for visits. 

Here is how Heroes on Horseback describes the Open House. The Event is simple: drive up, sign-in and receive a special gift on behalf of Heroes. Then you will be directed on a drive- through "safari" of the property where you will see your favorite horses, volunteers and instructors!
