This is one our favorite communities in Bluffton. The people are so active and friendly, and there is a ton…I mean a ton…of amenities to keep you busy. Natalie’s buyers are in for a real treat. This dream home is soooo — dreamy!!! Everything about this house is incredibly beautiful but the cascading glass sliders are by far our favorite. #jealous ;)

She and I got to talking, and she sent me this website on how to paint with navy. I’m sharing it with you all because it looks so easy and the color is exquisite! You will be surprised at how restrictive sellers can be when it comes to the amount of access they want to allow into their home. It is helpful to guide them on the importance of access. It is essential.

You really can’t stress enough to them that homes that don’t get shown…don’t get sold. Plain and simple. If they restrict their home showing times to small intervals and it’s too hard for a buyer to see their home, the buyer will most likely cross it off their list or at the very least move it to the bottom of the list.

I can help you work around this issue and more with your clients. Let’s discuss how working together can increase your business.

Okay, I just can’t stop thinking about this house! You may have seen my pictures from over the weekend because I just couldn’t leave without showing it to you. This is “the” one. I can tell you without a doubt, this home is phenomenal.

Why…you ask?

  • the property…oh yeah!

  • 3 beds and 4 baths within over 2900 custom square feet

  • attention for detail was not left behind — the ceilings, the trim, the wainscoting, and so much more

  • I know this may sound weird, but I love the wide hallways.

  • this house lives large

  • neutral colors that will match all your personal belongings ;)

  • the outdoor living spaces are like another room to the house

  • your own private dock and pool

And while the brothers are always taking risks and trying out new styles, it’s clear that they have some go-to renovation tricks and style choices that give their projects that signature "Property Brothers" style.

1. They install two-tone kitchen cabinets

Drew and Jonathan love tying bold colors into their kitchen renovations—but they’re careful not to go overboard with too much of a good thing. That’s why they often choose two-tone cabinets.

Look what else it has to offer:

  • loving the clean fresh look of the kitchen backsplash

  • did you see the size of the master with the sitting area — yes please

  • large porch and not one but two balconies

  • neutral colors

  • this will win your heart…ready?…
