I don’t usually post a weekly Crush on my own listings because…well you already get to see it. BUT there is something really special about this place, and I just can’t contain my excitement about it! Every single time (and I mean - Every.Single.Time) this neighborhood is the topic of discussion, all I hear is what an amazing family neighborhood it is. I also hear how everyone comes together and watches out for one another. It’s not often that you “know” before moving to a new community what to expect.

Some other great things:

Moss Creek!! There are new neighbors moving in on Toppin Drive!

What amenities do you think they will use first? The golf course, the fitness center, the marina…the possibilities are endless. One thing I know for sure, they are going to love it. Not only is Toppin Drive a desirable street to live on, but Moss Creek is full of great people, natural beauty, and lots to do.

Well, well, well Ms. Lenora! How do you do? I can feel it, this home won’t last long. Just look at the beautiful backyard. It’s a great time to get into your new home with a pool.
